  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello folks,

Many cases on tire crack have been reported by the large number of Genesis owners in Korea. It occurs on the sidewall of the Continental tires and looks like a knife scar. See the pictures I've attached. According to a posting on a local community forum in Korea, Hyundai explained that it is scar from a knife blade while opening the package, and not a defect of the tire itself [1].

Go to garage and check yours in hurry.

I believe Conti tires in USA are made in Germany not Portugal... at lest the ones I had in my Azera. I had the DWS series tires and worked great on the Azera

I talked with the dealer and said I wanted Michelins. They said the car did not qualify for it, but they ordered those now I have Michelins. Nothing like those tires, rides so nice. Push the dealer there is a recall....
