I have a 2015 Genesis, bought it new and it has 13,000 miles on it. I noticed that the automatic braking wasn't always working. Sometimes the car would actually speed up as it got closer to another vehicle! Glad I never really relied on that feature. Anyway, I reported it when I brought the car in for its first oil change and was told to be sure the sensors were kept clean. They cleaned them and it was still happening, but I figured it was just something that I would have to get used to. Then recently the Check PSB warning would pop up intermittently and the car seemed to skip a beat while traveling 65 miles an hour!! Took it in again and was told that the computer needed to be cleared of its errors, kinda like rebooting your PC and that would probably take care of it. Three days later drove 30 miles to a customer with no issues but on the trip home I think every warning light on the car was lit up!(See attachment)
So now my dealer has had my car for 2 weeks. After 1 week they called me to say they were going to replace the main computer and START there! Three days later...........no luck. Then I received a call saying they were going to replace the fuel pump and that 50% of my issues were taken care of. So now I wait to see if this takes care of the problem or ..................... I'm beginning to feel that California's Lemon Law is about to be applied! Hope not, but it's not looking very good right now. I've been a Toyota person all my life. Why did I ever change? My 2003 Avalon with 227,000+ miles has never had any issues like this!!!!!!!! Soooo disappointing!

Don't get worked up about it (assuming they gave you a suitable loaner). Do some research on CA Lemon Laws and see if you qualify (age and mileage of car). If you do, start the process, and then notify Hyundai Motor America (call them and open a case). You may get a new car, in which case I don't think there is anything to be upset about.
 
That's exactly what I was planning on doing. I believe, however, that the Lemon Law only comes into effect if they cannot fix the problem and/or they service it several times for the same issue. If I don't hear anything by Wednesday then I will start the Lemon Law process. Thanks.
 
Not sure when your purchased the car, but looks CA Lemon Law applies to cars 18 months old or less. If you are just shy of 18 months, don't delay:

It is presumed that a vehicle is a “lemon” if the following criteria are met within 18 months of delivery to the buyer or lessee or 18,000 miles on the vehicle’s odometer, whichever comes first:

• The manufacturer or its agents have made two or more attempts to repair a warranty problem that results in a condition that is likely to cause death or serious bodily injury if the vehicle is driven;

• The manufacturer or its agents have made four or more attempts to repair the same warranty problem; or

• The vehicle has been out of service for more than 30 days (not necessarily all at the same time) while being repaired for any number of warranty problems; or

• The problems are covered by the warranty, substantially reduce the vehicle’s use, value, or safety to the consumer and are not caused by abuse of the vehicle;

• If required by the warranty materials or by the owner’s manual, the consumer has to directly notify the manufacturer about the problem(s), preferably in writing. The notice must be sent to the address shown in the warranty or owner’s manual (for bullets 1 and 2).

If these criteria are met, the Lemon Law presumes that the buyer or lessee is entitled to a replacement vehicle or a refund of the purchase price. However, this presumption is rebuttable. The manufacturer may show that the criteria has not been met (for example, because the problems are minor) and therefore, the buyer or lessee is not entitled to a replacement vehicle or refund.
 
I had an issue where my dash lit up like a Christmas tree and all warnings came on at the same time. It was an intermittent failure of the rear wheel speed sensor. It took two trips to the dealership and multiple tests of the sensor before they were able to get it to show "fail".
 
Check PSB came up on mine, and it ended up needing the SCC module replaced. no problems since, thank god. good luck with yours.
 
Well, I got my car back today (2 1/2 weeks later). It seems to be running fine. They replaced the main computer and the fuel pump. So far so good, except for the fact that they got my bone interior filthy, but that I can fix and I know it will be done right! Thanks for the input. I'll keep you posted if anything else pops up.

Same thing happened to me over the weekend, even the power steering wasn't working, in addition to nearly every other electronic component... I was freaking out, but obviously it's under warranty still. Anyway, I took it to the dealership this morning and it was the wheel speed sensor that needs replacing. They said all of the fault codes pointed to that one part... which they're overnighting and will install late tomorrow. In the meantime, I'll enjoy the 2018 G80 5.0 Ultimate until they gave me as a loaner and might not get mine until Thursday afternoon. haaa

FYI: If you are getting check engine light, etc invest a few dollars in an OBDII reader...you can pick up the dongle on Amazon for about $20-25 and then use the app "Torque" on your smartphone to read the code as well tell you what the CODE IS, what causes it, and what it should cost to repair it.
