I'd say that Ford's Sync system is superlative as far as iPod integration is concerned. Acura's current generation of vehicles has superlative iPod integration. I test drove the Buick Enclave and was impressed with its iPod integration.
Every one of these vehicles displays both song and artist (and some also display album and/or playlist), each allows you to shuffle songs within a playlist, and each makes it easy to see where you are on a playlist--the song you're playing is displayed rather than the first song in the playlist (which is the default on the Genesis--after a couple of days, trying to find where you are on the playlist can be quite frustrating).
