Disgrace of a company

Owning a Genesis 2020 was the worst experience I ever had. I have to share this with everyone so people know what kind of unprofessionalism they can expect from these people in Genesis Regina.
After I repurchased the new Genesis G70 2020 in 2019 since the first winter till now, I have a list and video recordings of breakdowns where some of them could even be life-threatening; for example, you stop in the middle of the road. Your car will not move; picture this on the train tracks.

When you have problem after problem, it is natural that you will call them to repair it asap. It seems like people in Genesis don't like to do their job even though I am paying for it. Countless times I received my car having the same problem they said they fixed it. But after a while, I asked them if they can replace the vehicle due to a ridiculous amount of issues, but no, they did not care. So the problems continue.
Here we are closer to the end of the summer, and my AC is still not working in 2020 GENESIS." luxury" brand, rear trunk auto opening system is not working for two years now, NO ONE CARES in Genesis.
As long as we are paying them money, who cares, right!
It is obvious I cant note every single problem here that would be a small book. But I can give you guys one example here.
let me copy-paste something from their website, so everyone knows what is going on in the next disgraceful example:
"At Home Valet with Courtesy Vehicle Service*2For service and maintenance appointments, simply contact Genesis at Home, and we'll come to your location of choice to pick up your vehicle. While your vehicle is being serviced, a Genesis courtesy vehicle is left at your disposal."

As you can see in the text above, this is what they sell you when you buy a vehicle. BUT! the people that work for Genesis have no idea this is the case. OR! they like to make a fool out of their customers and possibly laugh in the background.
Why would I think this well? Here is an example:
On the first call I received to schedule the service appointment, we set up the date and hand up the phone, and everything was fine.
On the day of the service appointment, no one called, and no one arrived to pick up my car. After a couple of days, a new call from Genesis to ask me how my experience was. I said there was no experience; nothing happened no one picked up my car.
So here is the moment that frustrated me. The person on the phone sounds surprised and expected me to deliver the vehicle even tho Genesis promoting the included At Home Valet with Courtesy Vehicle Service. So I asked her if she was familiar with buying the genesis vehicle's most essential and most known perk. She told me to wait a minute and came back, apologies to me and told me that they would schedule the new appointment. I was reasonable and said, no problem, let's do that. So we set the date and finish the conversation.

NOW this is where it gets very annoying. I received another call from the same person asking me about my experience, but you can guess no one arrived, the same case as the first time.
At this point, I am sure the people in Genesis are disrespectful, So after some arguments, I found a way to calm myself down, and they put me through to someone else and that someone else set up the new date and apologize to me and said from now on it will not happen.

And here we are today, 2021 07 29, almost a month of being late for my service. I am receiving the same call; how was my experience even tho no one ever called or picked up my car. FOR THE THIRD TIME!

If it is not obvious that they are fooling me around, I don't know what is. This is my first negative review for any company ever. But this ridiculous unprofessionalism has to be known.
And to the management of Genesis, this is not how you treat the customers. And definitely, this is not a luxury brand as they are selling themself for.
Chalk it up as a lemon. Check your state laws to see if Genesis must take the car back after 3 failed attempts to repair a problem
A friend of mine who did it twice now drives a Tesla. Can't hurt!.
