Disappointed in Hyundai and the roadside service. I have a 2015 Genesis 3.8 which would not start after work. Called Hyundai Roadside service at 4:30 pm EST. Tow Truck didn't arrive until 9 pm EST. The dealer obtained a loaner vehicle for me, but didn't have anyone to pick me up, so I used LYFT to get a ride to the dealer. This morning no one from the dealership called me. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM! Hyundai is supposed to start a luxury brand called Genesis? Lol! They can't even take care of current Genesis customers!!
And I had similar experiences with the 2012 Genesis 3.8 Genesis that I previously owned. I would rather spend more money on a BMW, Audi or Mercedes than deal with subpar service from Hyundai and the dealership!
