Driver side FRont door and one touch up/down

I have trouble with the one touch up/down, every time i do the one touch, i hear a squeaking noise (Very feeble) and when it closes all the way up, it sounds like it is a bit loose, i ddi the same with the passenger, no issues at all.

Is it normal wear and tear OR it can be replaced or fixed under warranty.

The dealership i take my vehicle says it is just normal wear and tear and nothing can be adjusted or fixed..

Doesn't sound like normal wear and tear to me. Mine are silent. Go to a different dealership if you can.
