Drone Mobile

Drone mobile is basically an aftermarket remote start that I had installed on my Gen 1 and now my Gen 2. It allows you to start your vehicle, lock doors, track and a few other things through your iPhone/computer. in Canada this is your only option since Hyundai does not offer Bluetooth on any of it's cars here. This can also be an alternative to the more expensive Bluelink subscription as you can get much lower annual rates however the cost of the unit and install will be up there in the $600 range so maybe not worth it. http://www.dronemobile.com

I tend to change cars about every 3-4 years and the beauty of the system is the drone can be removed and installed on the new vehicle keeping my subscription intact. Another cool thing is my wife and my daughter's car also have Drone Mobile. This lets us control, unlock or start any vehicle from any of our phones. Believe me, this does come in very handy.

I have already mentioned Drone on numerous threads but yesterday I realized they made their app compatible with the Apple Watch. This is so cool, I can now control all functions normally controlled on my phone through my watch. Has anyone with the Drone programmed the Aux buttons? I had mine dealer installed and they only programmed the lock, unlock, and start. I'd like to have them program my aux1 for seat heater and aux2 for seat vent. Anyone else have this done?

I have Smart Start by Viper (Directed) and was told that because the seat heater has multiple settings it is hard to do (possibly different voltages).

Does Drone have automatic defrost (below 8C or 46F or so it turns on) or trunk release?

It has the trunk release but I don't believe my remote start has the temperature sensor installed for the auto defrost. If it did then the drone is compatible.
