I think this car has been very well. Documented in YouTube videos. Here are a couple of snapshots particularly of the interior. I find the white finish to be very appealing. It is not an ultra bright white, although it looks that way in some of the videos I saw.
I am four days in with my GV70 E. To me it’s perfect. I like the shape, the size, the interior quality and the driving characteristics - just amazing. The adaptive cruise control and lane assist features work seamlessly. It’s fun to drive and very refined when it’s driving me. I also like the fact that it doesn’t scream EV like other models, including the GV60 seem to be designed to do. Enjoy your decision!Well my local Genesis dealer didn’t have any two weeks ago and has two in stock right now. That could be why you don’t hear much yet (not on anyone’s radar). I test drove the GV70 electric in base form this weekend. Very impressed and am seriously considering buying one. I’ve driven lots of EVs and the GV60 Performance was just about perfect but I just couldn’t warm up to the styling. The GV70 basically drives the same but with the more appealing styling (to me) of the GV70. I also prefer the interior of the GV70 to the GV60. On a side note, they have quite a few GV60s in stock so it seems that supply has caught up to demand (they were going for over sticker last summer.)
I'm curious...does it have HDA 1 or HDA 2 included?I am four days in with my GV70 E. To me it’s perfect. I think this is closer to what I imagine when I think about coupe-like SUVs....GV60 is Genesis' take on the CUV "coupe" - think BMW X4/X6, Audi Q8, MB GLC/GLE coupe, Porsche Macan, Porsche Cayenne Coupe...
Of those, I like the looks of the Q8, Macan and GV60.
Of course, if what you really want is an SUV, then none of those (or the GV60) fits that bill. That's why we bought our GV60 - didn't want/need a traditional SUV.
The electrified GV70 has HDA2.I'm curious...does it have HDA 1 or HDA 2 included?
HD2. I haven’t use lane change assist yet, but everything else operates very can y smoothly. On youThe electrified GV70 has HDA2.
Yes, HDA2 includes that.Did they add back auto lane change in 2023? Last year the GV60 didn’t have the auto lane change due to the chip shortage. I’ve used it in the Ioniq 5 and it’s pretty slick.
Probably wouldn't hurt to at least take one for a test drive before you come to a conclusion.I really don't think these will be that popular. I mean I want one, but that's just because I hate how the iX looks. It's like a 20k surcharge over a basically identical combustion model. Almost iX or EQE SUV pricing. Genesis is just not up there as a brand, especially considering the horrible Hyundai buying experience. Dealers here (in the US) still want a 5k ADM, even the one who has 5 incoming and no reservations yet. I could be wrong of course, but this is not hot like the Mach-E or the Lyriq. We'll see I guess.
Don't feed the troll....Probably wouldn't hurt to at least take one for a test drive before you come to a conclusion.
