Emergency parking brake failure

There should be instructions in the manual for this...

There are some instructions on suggested fixes in the manual, but when none work...well it's time for the dealer's service dept. to fix it...
 
I had that same issue a couple of times I found on another forum the steps to get rid of the situation and it worked for me. when i find it i will post it
 
About 2 hours ago i received a call from the dealership. There is some sort of recall related to the parking brake. I have be to go to the dealership (any dealership) to have the issue resolved.

I have a 2015 genesis
