  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Exhaust upgrades- first gen 5.0 Rspec

I see how that would be easier to install in some ways because the middle resonator would be straight through. Personally I was thinking about just doing a muffler delete and leaving the middle resonator. If you started with the muffler delete, you could always replace the resonator later as well if you wanted to. I just don't understand why you started off trying to replace the mufflers and now you're trying to delete them altogether.
I am still replacing the mufflers. They will just be in a different spot. I deleted the resonator already.

My engine blew up Saturday. I had new mufflers and different resonators installed. Sounded ok to me. But I have no car to record the sound.

Does this work for you? wanna make sure fitment will go ok...I saw someone with a Flowmaster fx on youtube, but wasnt sure which part he used to make it fit since someone stated that it doesnt fit for the. really like the sound, louder than stock but isnt obnoxious.
