I had the opportunity to drive a 3.8 a few weeks ago and LOVED it! Compared to my 4.6, I thought the V6 was quicker off the line and just more "fun" to drive. Maybe due to the weight difference (?), the steering seemed "lighter" too... adding to the fun factor.

Though I wouldn't trade my toys for one... especially my Lexicon.

I picked up my 3.8 premium last week. Black and light tan. Already changed out rear badge and steering wheel emblems.
Wanted to THANK all the different members for the great and useful information. Like the service updates and especialy the notice about the trunk, rear speaker cover. Went to the dealer today and they really wondered where I got this info. After speaking to the Genesis team I got the parts dept. to order speaker cover and Gen. Team will pay the bill.

Do have a question. is my speaker volumn supposed to mute or lower when I receive a call? Mine does not.
Also, is auto seat retract only built into tech package?

I also have a 3.8 PPlus...the speaker volume does not change while using the bluetooth phone connection. (Actually, it does...when I hit the "mute" button on the steering wheel...)! The system on our cars is different from the Tech package, and I think their's does mute. Since I haven't found a seat retract, I'll assume that feature is a tech package (or some other) item. Someone w/a tech package can confirm that for you.

I've owned since August of '08, and the car still turns people's heads...including mine! I drive it daily, for business and personal use. It's a great car. Enjoy yours!
