  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello. I'm working on a prototype gauge pod that will be ready next week. ATI will manufacturer it if it works out. I'll have some pics available next week. It's a steering column piece but we're also going to work on one for the dash. Any thoughts on how many gauges it should hold? Is 2 enough?? 3 may be too much.

sitting in my car I wonder where the gauges are going to be on the steering wheel. I am looking through the wheel at the stock cluster and do not see any open area.

I made a prototype and will take some pics next week. If we have it made, it will probably have a lower profile. We'll see how it goes! Would be nice to have something available!

here's a pod i made. sorry for the delay. sits very clean on the steering column but blocks a slight part of the stock cluster. not a big deal imo. what do ya think?

It blocks too much for me! Ive always been a fan of the A Pilar pods

thats where I put my gauge but its nothing fancy like that. Mines in a small holder that came with the guage and used 3M double sided tape to hold it down and does it ever stick lol. I thought maybe it wouldn't because of the texture of the plastic but I was wrong.

I perfer to see my boost levels then my Odo because 1) I turned up the boost and 2) it's more important then how far I've driven.

How about making one that goes on top of the display unit on the dash? That way it won't obstruct any of the factory gauges.
