Genesis 2015 - Dubai features

Dear All,
I am really impressed with genesis 2015 technology and I am willing to buy Platinum here in Dubai but what I noticed that there are some features are missing in the middle east 2015 like:
1. Lane assist control (the warning is available but not self control)
2. Blue link and Siri voice command is not there.
3. Satellite Radio not available

My question is if I choose to accept that I will not be able to use these functions, I need to know how is the performance of the car? How is the stability on curves?
How is the suspension feels on the road (do you you feel the smoothness on the road when drive in a high way??
If someone already drove high milage, does it still feel the same as in new??

I have been always a Mercedes owner, E280 2009 and unfortunately I can't afford the new 2014 one so do you recommend the GENESIS 2015 V6 platinum instead??

Hyundai Motor America does not use the name "Platinum" for any of the Genesis trim levels. Also, the USA version has two engine options, a 3.8 V6 and 5.0 V8. I suggest you test drive the car you are thinking of buying and make your own determination, since the Genesis sold in Middle East or Korea is not exactly the same as sold in the USA.

You also might want to do more research about the Lane Assist feature and whether it really is different than on the USA version.

I own the V6 Premium in Saudi Arabia. I remember the Platinum version here having the Lane assist control. I am surprised Dubai doesn't have it.

Also, in Saudi, several features are available to us, that the North American versions don't have; such as rear armrest media controller.

The car is brilliant. I only 1600 kms into it, but I have loved every click on it!

In the Dubai there is Lane departure waring only, it will only vibrate and warn but will not pull you back into your Lane. Blue link is also not available. On the bright side we do get the rear seat multimedia controllers, co2 sensor and 19 inch wheels as standwrd. I did test drive the v6 and we'll it felt luxurious and fast although the 19 inchers do cause a very slight feeling of bounceiness on the highway. V8 was on loan to the media and unavailable for testing. Unfortunately they have quite limited stocks so if you want to choose a specific colour then you have to order, takes 3 to 4 months.

Surprised that the Saudi version differs (albeit minor) to the UAE. The Platinum 3.8 in Saudi has LKAS, for example. In Dubai, I see all the models have the headlamp washer, whereas in Saudi, the Prestige does not.

Well we only have one dealer so the prices are pretty much fixed, but they did a promotion over the past month and the price was reduced by USD 1650. You can see the promotional prices and corresponding options in the attached pic. So I paid 159000 AED or 159000/3.65= 43561 USD

I paid 182000 AED

today i got my car , on the glass behind the driver write Saudi Arabia

I have a some question?

1.How can find GCC future?
2.AWD model release for Arab ?
3.Blue link,siri voice, satellite radio and WIFI is not available, it,s true( )?
4.how can i check this model is full future model ?
5.Mirror same as pic 2, its true ?

I found this my own Genesis when the dealer took delivery straight off the boat and I went to see it on the lot. He threw me the keys so I could play with it and I then learned this was installed only by the dealer as part of the PDI and obviously ship with no maps. In other words, your dealer is supposed to install this for you before delivering the car to you. I believe it is simply a SD card with maps on it and in fact if you remove the SD card it will give you the same message you are getting.

My car was a dealer locate. Upon delivery there was no SD card with the car. The salesperson took one from one of their cars but it didn't work.

Turns out, at least in the US, the nav SD card is coded to the car. The other dealer overnighted the correct SD card and everything worked fine.

I also found out when talking to my salesman that that is the only SD card that should be placed into the SD slot. If you put any other SD card in the car you take a chance of screwing up the system.
