I was very surprised (and pleased) with the pull of the 3.8. I had an '11 Acura TL SH-AWD 6MT (0-60 in the mid 5's). The Genesis is almost equal to the pull of that, but with far more smoothness. The TL probably would win the 0-30 because of the MT and AWD, but past that, the Genesis is would either meet or beat it. Plus the Genesis is bigger (inside) and gets a little better mileage (on regular gas!).

If Hyundai made a 5.0 with the 3.8 suspension for 2013, I would have been tempted. I didn't bother driving the 5.0 since I didn't want the R-Spec suspension.

Do we know for certain it was a 350 and not the 250? Really impressive if it's the 350, but I couldn't glean that from the video or a Google translation of the title. Just said "Resistant Lexus IS".
