Nikgen, Thanks for your help.
I think we may be on to something now.
I have an LG Escape2 smart phone which is not listed as a Supported Device.
It is running Android 5.1.1, which is supported.
This whole thing got started because I was having problems with the Genesis app. Maybe Hyundai got a lot of calls about the LG Escape2 and listed it as "Not compatible". That might be why the Genesis App is not listed when I do the same search you do. My list of apps is exactly like yours EXCEPT the Genesis app is not there.
I am both HAPPY about this (it means I am not going crazy) and SAD (I would like to have the app).
My daughter got this phone for me, and pays the bill on it and I would never look a gift horse in the mouth (old southern phrase) so I would not ask her to get me another phone.
I will keep checking and maybe Hyundai or LG will do an update that allows the LG Escape2 to work. I won't be holding my breath.
Thanks again,
Call Bluelink support and inquire directly - my Galaxy Tab S2 finds the app in Google Play - but there is a warning that it is not compatible with my device (and my tablet is not listed as a supported device either), so best to check directly with them on why it is not coming up/working on your LG Escape 2.
