In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. My Bluelink subscription is up. I like the Genesis app and I like the feature where you can connect to Google maps for guidance rather than the mapping that comes in the car. I remember some people negotiating better deals to renew in the past and wanted to see if you all can relate the best deals you have gotten.

Mine expired about six months ago and I did not renew because of price. After reading some comments in another thread I called and was able to get all three packages for two years at a total cost of $225.00. I tried to get three year at a comparable rate but the wouldn't do it.
