Genesis Coupe seen in LA... [with pix]

on the 101 Southbay freeway, driven by a Korean man and his SO, near Ktown.

The coupe had Michigan MFG plates, and as I slowed down, accel'd, so did he... The spooling of the turbocharger could clearly be heard... and I gave the driver a thumb ups... he smiled.

The grille does look like Creeping Death.. Otherwise.. I can't believe you got pictures!! Great work!! I wonder how many are on the road.. This can't be the only one.. They're not supposed to be out "officially" until February or so.. That's seems a long way off for this one to be riding around.. Maybe the Genesis Coupe is coming sooner than we think!

Easy, man. It's probably just another development mule. They give them out to employees to drive to make sure they are ready for final production. That said, I would LOVE it if they came out sooner!!!

As mentioned elsewhere, I'm not crazy about the front either.. It looks very "Korean" to me.. Not exactly sporty.. However, I'm sure there will be lots of aftermarket options that'll improve on this car - making it nearly perfect...

yes there are already a few designs that greatly improve the look of the front end. I can't wait to see when some of the bigger companies release kits for it

it seems like the bottom of the front end needs to stick out rather than suddenly tuck back under the car... like a snoody nose.. needs for substance.. and i think there has been enough comments about the grill i'll leave that alone...
