If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis has the ugliest stock rims

Can someone post some pictures of these different rims, so that we can see what you're talking about?

Like I had said earlier, I saw a Wheel on a 2009 Hyundai at the dealership that was alloy and had arched spokes that was absolutely beautiful. I don't think they are available on the 2010s.

Nearwater, thanks for the pictures of the wheels. The one wheel that I saw at the Hyundai dealership was alloy and had very curved spokes. I have not seen many like this one.

Do you have a picture of the wheel that I am talking about.

Hmm, I don't have the slightest idea what kind of wheels that might be.
I thought these three were the ones offered from Hyundai.
Any possibility that it might have been a dealer option?(as in aftermarket wheels)

It's possible that they were aftermarket, but usually the dealer only displays what's available from the Mfgr. to my taste, they were one of the best wheels I've ever seen.

Now you got me all curious. :D
Would you be able to snap a picture next time you're there?
I'd love to see what kind of wheels you're talking about.
Thanks!

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I like the KDM 17" stock wheels better than the North American ones.

I think they look great. But I grew up when Crager SS, baby moons and slotted chrome rims is all there were.:):)

Nearwater, I was never able to find a picture of the rims I had seen. I even went back to the dealership, but they had sold the couple of 2009s that I saw the rims on. However someone posted pics of the 2011 Genesis and the Wheels on this car look very close to what I had seen before. This is the best picture of the wheels I could find. The Arching pair of spokes is exactly what the wheels looked like on the 2009.

All,

Sometimes the best direction is use custom rims.

I used to be the kind of guy who needs to have aftermarket wheels on a car.
But I've grown to like the factory look ever since I got my old MKIV R32.
I really like the stock 3.8 18" wheels, which unfortunately doesn't fit the V8.
I've been trying to find a wheel that closely resembles that wheel but couldn't.

BTW, what size is yours? 19"?
