Good HID retrofit to 2013 sedan - possible?

Just another follow-up on the Morimoto kit. I had some issues with the passenger side light-off, as it had gone from "delayed" to "flickering" over the course of several months. I called The Retrofit Source (the vendor) and explained the problem. The service advisor asked me to swap the ballasts left for right to isolate the problem to bulb or ballast. The problem was indeed with the ballast, and they sent me a new one, express mail, no charge. They didn't even ask for return of the old one (which tells me they're not selling any refurbs), just that I disable it (they told me how) before tossing it out.

The new one works fine. I still like the product and like the service now too.

Who did you deal with? Matt? Nate? They are a bunch of good guys and I have been using them for 5+ years now. I did an entire custom and hand made retrofit with just the parts the offer. They rock!
