I also did mine online, when I asked the Dealer they said I can't do it with them and can only do it online. I did mine this month though so dont know if things have changed.

Feb 8th deposit but Apparently I’m 143 in line.
Dealer told me YYC is only getting 2 vehicles in the first build.

Hey Dave, do you know who you talked to at the dealership that told you that info? I talked to one of the EGM's in YYC and he told me position in line and how many they will be getting are not available details, when I asked him what position I was in and if he had an idea when I might get mine.

My dealer called me this morning - they apparently received an internal update from Genesis corporate for each dealer that contained the information for each local customers car. They told me on the list that mine was going to be in production and built second week of May and likely to arrive in Canada beginning of June for a mid-June delivery after PDI and shipping.

He also said according to the document the estimated delivery window for an order placed today is 14-18 months out and wouldn't even be this model year of car anymore.

No pricing, I asked but he said even he didn't have pricing documents yet. I have no reason to believe he isn't telling the truth on that, so I'm guessing at least dealer employees are probably still in the dark on that side.

Hopefully so - I know my dealer so far has been extremely forthcoming with information and even to the point of calling me on a Saturday with an update, so with any luck this sorta info trickles down everywhere in Canada for the people with orders in already.

Hmmm. I still can't get that information from my Toronto dealer. I just emailed him to confirm for me what number I am and if he received the same email from Genesis Canada that you didn't.

I suppose it’s possible they aren’t supposed to share that information with customers given how sporadic it is. Some dealers people seem to get that info from and others remain tight lipped. The fact their policies aren’t consistent for all is very strange all things considered.

That's interesting. My dealer said my car in Uyuni white has been produced in April and estimated delivery would be in late June to July. Maybe my choice of color was set for an early production but delivery doesn’t seem to be closer.
There is a lot off contradictory information. I guess we must wait and see.

I spoke with the Genesis sales manager. Went down in person as he didn’t return my call. He told me my 60 would be in the 2023 product line Nov to ??. Spencer is his name.
My guess is they are getting multiple calls about pricing and delivery but if they communicated with their clients, even if there was no new news to share, it would demonstrate quality service.
