  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

GV60 Canadian Deposit - Local Dealer Information & Timelines

That refers to the 12v battery on an ICE vehicle.....

I have to check with the canadian version, typically we gets a lowered warranty, something like 8 year, 80000km.
But there's no digital manual yet. Maybe someone who got the gv60 delivered can find that out.
But the regular 12V obviously has lowered warranty. I wouldn't worry about that false fact from your dealer (I haven't had heard any good technical knownledge with the sales people).

Does anyone know the management hierarchy of Genesis dealerships. Is the "Genesis sales manager" above or below the "Genesis experience manager" - having some communication issues with an "experience manager" at my dealership and want to proceed up the chain of command. Alternatively, is there anyone at Genesis Canada who can answer questions that the dealership staff can't? We have bought Hondas for the past 30 years and have never had any issues like this before at the Honda dealership.

I agree... my genesis "sales manager" is pretty unresponsive to even simple requests like asking what position in queue I am. Wondering the same thing if I could get an answer if I just went around him and started communicating with the experience manager.

My Experience Manager ain't any better, texted him yesterday and he hasn't replied (was asking similar things such as status updates on delivery, etc.).

Which one is the boss, the sales manager or the experience manager?

Thank you very much, I have never previously joined a Forum discussion. The sales buy I am dealing with in Vancouver has been very good, I will probably end buying/leaseing a G80 if this communication continues. It's been very impressive today.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I would suggest calling Genesis Canada. Let them know that their dealerships are screwing up.
I'm probably going to end up doing this - Genesis Canada has access to our order information anyways, right?

yeah my dealership has been great and fully transparent and communicating the entire time. the people complaining should !

I ordered an advanced was in the 400s 2 days later reserved a performance and was sub 200. The numbers given are for each version.
According to my dealer the number is not for each trim but for all orders.

I'm approx. number #45 for a GV60 Advanced, with build scheduled for June (pushed from May)

Anyone else with a similar number, further along than me?

I've been very patient, but the delay/lack of clarity is stressing me out (yes I know, #firstworldproblems LOL)

Just got off a call with Genesis Canada. No concrete information such as VIN# or delivery date, but they did tell me that based on my pre-order date of Feb 14, the vehicle is already in Canada and is being transported from Vancouver to Markham, and that I would hear from Genesis Markham in the next day or two.

Luck man! What was your # and did you order Advanced or Performance?
