Just got off the phone from Genesis Canada as well. Pre-ordered a performance on February 8th, communication problems with the dealer since then. The guy at Genesis Canada was not able to offer me any information other than he would contact my dealer and have them reach out to me.

Two hours after the call to Genesis, received an email from the dealer with my VIN number and approx. early/mid July delivery.

1 866-999-9895 (option 4), but it really depends on who picks up the call. I called them last week and spoke with a lady who couldn't provide any useful information. This morning though it was completely different.

I'll settle for just in knowing my trade value and having my pre approval processed at this point. Just a sign that things are headed in the right direction.

Yeah I just called and the lady said she doesn't have access to that information and that she'll call my dealership in Markham for them to contact me (which is useless).

The guy that answered my call at Genesis Canada, was able to see that the car is already in Canada, based on my pre-order date. I guess they know up to what date the pre-orders have arrived in Canada?

Yeah she mentioned that if I was one of the first to order that the vehicles should be in Canada as well - i didn't order until May though.

I have to assume that your build rank number must have changed over the last month or so for the arrival to be now
When did you last get an update on the build number ?
I am now #82 having started off at #250 back in mid March but no sign of delivery as of yet

The person who picked up my call also said he doesn't have access to that information (status/allocation) and the dealership will contact me once they get information themselves. He did say that depending on when the distributor placed the order, some locations may be getting the cars sooner than others.

I feel the same lol. I guess it's a matter of which batch will be allocated to our orders.

I have the same bad feeling that, despite my Feb 8th pre-order, my actual order from the dealership isn't in yet, hence no number. Yesterday they reached out to me asking to "confirm". Uh oh. Genesis Canada told me nothing.

Can you check in your genesis portal if you can see your vin by clicking on preview sales document.
