  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

GV60 Canadian Pricing Estimations

Does the posted price include all fees (delivery,PDI, admin fees & etc.)?

to lease a BMW i4M50 at $994/month looks to me a better deal than GV60 at $1470/month, or I'm missing something here.
Maybe will make sense if you add two plastic lions on your porch to fit with your "luxurious" GV60.
There's something wrong with this. If you price the lease for the top G80 which is $80k, it comes out to $1025. My dashboard says:

$1,692.24/MONTHLY

Lease / 60 months @ 0.00%
Includes sales tax

Is the residual value $0?

Yes, it says all inclusive price of $71,150. However, it looks like that’s pre-tax… so not all inclusive. Right?

Well, I went through the process, asked for an estimate for my trade-in and filled out the credit application. Now it's pending, waiting on the credit review. I just got back a trade-in offer of $41,000 for my 2019 Kia Stinger, which I accepted. Now my lease dropped from $1692 monthly to $968 monthly which is still ridiculous, because I put the same trade-in on a G80 which is $80k and the lease was $287/mo. Something is seriously wrong with the pricing.

Lease rates are not available yet officially. Should be more accurate once they fix it.

I asked my contact about it as I was experiencing issues. I was essentially told to ignore the email. As an initial pre-order, my car was already entered into the production queue.
he also said that financing/leasing hasn’t been sorted out yet, but should be coming soon.

Good information m8. This whole process leaves to much to the imagination. I also felt a bit uneasy with the way it was worded.

I know this thread may not be relevant anymore but I thought I would share my experience with the gv60 since I just checked it out at Mississauga. I can confirm that HDA2 is missing so no Lane changes and a key fob is required to utilize the face recognition and fingerprint features. For me, based on the pricing, this was a deal killer. I will probably wait for my Vinfast vf8 to arrive.

So the biometrics are simply an added layer of security rather than an alternative? That's disappointing.

We tried to test it for over 20 mins and it just wouldn't let us start the vehicle with the biometrics registered without the key in pocket. Though it did allow us to get in with face unlock. Also no AR Nav either unless someone found the setting to make it work.

This makes no sense. The face and fingerprint are completely useless if the key fob is needed to utilize them. Where did this information come from?

I've seen multiple videos from the media launch of the vehicle where these features were used, and in at least one, the person stated that they did not have a fob with them.

Either that or it wasn't set up properly or can only be set up by owner from a fresh setup!

This makes the most sense... There's probably some sort of "demo mode" for customers to create dummy profiles so they can experience the security features on the fly. Either that or just wishful thinking on my part

I really hope so for the potential owners.

Genesis HQ Canada Really need to step up their game and provide a definitive list of features on the GV60 for Canada… this “unknown” is so deflating and disappointing for the Genesis experience.

They set the price higher than we expected
And now they can’t tell us definitively what we are getting for that $$$$$

I thought about this, and sadly, there is a third possibility: The Canadian journalist was in Texas driving a US-spec'd car, and it actually does not work on a Canadian vehicle.

I know nothing, but the website says that face recognition and figerprints work without a key "in valet mode"
