Could this be caused by me possibly having the tap upside down? I've never used one before.I ended up tapping the AC fuse, I planned on sunroof but on the 23 it's constant even though the sunroof won't work without the car being on. Weird.
Not sure , but there are two spare fuse spots, one is 12v constant and other is ACC. Did you try those?Could this be caused by me possibly having the tap upside down? I've never used one before.
I did not. It's working as intended in the A/C slot so I'm fine with that. My concern is if I have the tap oriented correctly, and I don't have a multimeter to test which side is hot. I see in the dash cam install thread that their tap is oriented with the fuses downward, I had mine upward and I've now flipped it downward. I hope it's right lol.Not sure , but there are two spare fuse spots, one is 12v constant and other is ACC. Did you try those?
I did find my multimeter that I thought was lost to the abyss and confirmed that the driver's side fuse panel has the left side of the fuse hot, the fuses on the tap oriented downward is correct.I did not. I know it's been a while since you've had these, but any noticeable difference with spray and damage before and after adding these mud guards? They're definitely as small as everyone says lolView attachment 49262
I haven't noticed any damage, but they definitely do next to nothing against spray.I know it's been a while since you've had these, but any noticeable difference with spray and damage before and after adding these mud guards?
Any pic you could post upMods on my Mauna red 2.5T prestige are:
- Hyperdipped the front hood emblem
- Completely debadged the hatch and added an emblem where "GENESIS" letters were located.
- Ceramic tint front side windows with Xpel 35%
- 21" aftermarket custom offset wheels on their way, likely to wrap with some Pirelli's TBD- these will go on in the spring. My OEM 19" have Contis VikingContact 7 winters on them and will remain my winter set.
Was thinking of wrapping tail lights with light smoke tailight tint, but not likely to bother. Will see how I feel in the spring.
Add on accessories include Viofo 2 channel dash cam, Tuxmats front and rear, smoke license plates front and rear.
I don't mind the tinted chrome trim although an option could be to black it out with the satin black vinyl wrap I have, but at this point, I don't see a need or have a desire to do so.
Comment on the emblems. While the hyperdip came out flawless, and looks great, I am seeing signs that it may not be so easy to maintain (as in water spotting), where as I don't have that issue with the wrap. I chose not to wrap the front because to do it properly, I would have had to remove it, and there are many more nooks and crannies in the front emblem that would make it difficult to to have it turn out well enough to not bother me for the rest of my ownership time with the car. That said, if the dip ends up being a PITA, I may remove it and do a wrap in the spring/summer.
Will in a few weeks when I get my new summers on.Any pic you could post up
any sneak previews lol . tomorrow is never promised and by the way what size are you goingWill in a few weeks when I get my new summers on.

Nice bait...
I'd love to see those 21" wheels. After putting aftermarket rims on every car I've owned in the past, I told myself I wasn't doing it again after I got the GV70. BUT I think it would look so sweet with something like these...

i appreciate that and these look very nice to be honest and spending 2200 for those genesis rims not worth it in my opinion especially when you can find better looking rims cheaper

But I guess you don’t have a choice if you go with the Sport Prestige package.
The back definitely has a bit more room. I've seen some companies like Ferrara wheels running a staggered setup with 10.5" rears.
10.5 rears with what offset? The back definitely has a bit more room. I've seen some companies like Ferrara wheels running a staggered setup with 10.5" rears.
long as you get correct specs for vehicle and proper wheel alignment and balance you should be cool with 22s or even just go with 20inch wheelsI totally agree… the up-charge for 21” Genesis rims is not worth it when you can get nicer for less. The main thing holding me back from larger wheels is possible issues with drive handling. I have the Advanced package so no adaptive suspension. The 19” will have to do….for now.
Yeah, I'd probably go with 21" if/when the time comes.long as you get correct specs for vehicle and proper wheel alignment and balance you should be cool with 22s or even just go with 20inch wheels
Appreciate the info!Youll have to email them for the offsets.
You'll have to dig around on their site to find it. I don't remember off hand but check this link:
Also, I have 20x10's +40 with a 5mm spacer and its flush on my 2023.
