hands free speaker - Iphone issue

Good Morning and thank you in advance for asstisting me.

No problems with making calls and me hearing the party i'm calling. however they can not hear me.. they state that there is a lot of road noice and can hardly hear me.. I have all teh windows closed.

Would greatly appreicate any and all assistance.

Hi, try Deleting the iPhone from your unit.. Turn Off the vehicle and let it sit for 5 minutes..In the meantime Delete the Genesis from your BT in the iPhone, reboot the iPhone.. Then Set Up & Pair..
If problems continue its a Dealer visit..

Make sure a/c is off. Even on the lowest setting it impedes the sound for listeners when you're on speaker phone. Not cool but that's what I have to do.
