With all the reports of tire flat-spots from overnight, which mine does suffer from but I have come to live with it for now as it only last about 5 mins. first drive of the day. I thought I would post this about a situation that happened to me couple weeks ago.
I hit a pot hole and one of my tires was damaged, drivable but with a slow leak. I checked around to find a replacement tire Hankook Ventus S1 Noble. I was having a hard time finding one at a local tire store. I called the four Hyundai dealerships in town, none had this tire in stock. I got one of the dealers to order one for me and made an appointment to have it replaced the following week. When I arrived for my appointment they informed me that the tire they got in was not the right one and they would have to order another one. The Service manager informed that the Hankook Ventus S1 Noble tire was "discontinued" and they too were having a hard time finding one. Not sure if that meant Hankook was discontinuing them or Hyundai was discontinue the use of that tire. At any rate rather than having to make another appointment and bring car back, the service manager took a wheel and tire off another brand new Genesis on the lot. So I am happy now and will just plan on running these tires until the tread is worn then replace with probably a set of Michelins
