  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

.....the seller is FASTAUTOSUPPLY on eBay, they had em all for my 4.6 V8.......

.....and this is why I started this bushing replacement , these are from the front passenger side......drivers side is done and back together.........tomorrow I'll press these bushings out and hopefully have my car back on the ground by Wednesday and go get a wheel alignment......

What was the sign of these being worn prior to taking it all apart? I'm getting a clunking noise in my driver's side front suspension.

.......I knew I needed a wheel alignment , the construction caused by Con Ed replacing all the gas lines tore up all the streets around me tearing up cars suspensions I'm sure.........but my intention wasn't to do this , I was only going to do my fluids ( transmission, oil, coolant & brake fluids changed ) but once I took my wheels off to also do a tire rotation I took a flashlight and could see the cracks in the bushings very clearly......now I replaced my front control arms before (upper & lowers) but this time I wanted to use my harbor freight machine because I'm retired and had nothing better else to do, I guess lol........and I'm just getting back from getting a wheel alignment and it feels so much better, so much.....I would suggest you take off that wheel and get a flashlight and look at all the bushings, you will see if they are cracked or not
