Heated seat not working!

Hey guys. Ive had my car for about 2 months and the bottom cushion of the drivers heated seat has never worked. It has been in to hyundai 4 times and twice I have left they have told me that the heated seat was fixed. I get in the car turn in on and it doesn't work! They have replaced everything on the seat and it still doesn't work. What is funny is the previous owner had the same problem. The service advisor showed me when he looked up the vin. Has anyone else had this problem? I am so pissed off at this!

Try a different dealer or contact HMA directly.

I contacted hyundai canada but since the dealer claims it works they wont open a case. They said give it a week and see if it starts working which was bullshit. I may try another dealer but other than this situation they have been great!

You say the dealer claims that the seat heater works? You say they have been great? "What we have here is a failure to communicate."

They have been great customer service vise. They even replaced my windshield free as it was pitted, my center console as it was rattling gave me a 2013 genesis rental etc. They just can't get the god damn seat right.
