Today marks 1 year with my Genesis G70.
I'm still in love with the car. It is an awesome machine. Sporty, luxurious and not too bad in the "get up and go".

Got an awesome compliment yesterday at the gas station.
Some guy, probably in his mid to upper 40's drives up next to me, puts his window down,.........Is that car as fun to drive as it looks???

I told him, probably one of the best buys that I have ever made. the car is fun, quick and nimble. I told him I couldn't say enough good things about the car.
I did forget to mention the insurance cost though,........LOL What I pay for in insurance cost per year is stupid outrageous. That is one of the downfalls.

No, it's definitely not because of insurance costs going up.
They told me, The insurance company, that it costs so much money to insure these cars because of parts. labor and all that jazz. They told me it was very expensive to replace and the parts cost was very high.
I'm paying huge money a year. It's actually stupid high. Like well over 4k a year and I have a clean driving record, excellent credit score and the car is parked in a great neighborhood at night, even at work. I don't get it. Maybe because it's a lease?

Plus, these parts are coming from overseas and the wait times,.......

Hi Sal.

No, not yet on the suspension. I want to though. Just lowering springs. I also want to do tint, but not 100% sure if I am keeping the car. As of right now, I a m leaning that way. It's been a great car so far and I love it.

It actually looks good the way it sits... What are you considering replacing the G70 with? And why?

I want it to sit a bit lower. It would look REALLY good then.

Quite possibly a 2026 G70?? lol
Not sure. Maybe a BMW M340i? Maybe even an suv?
