HELP! Under hood insulation on Genesis Coupe 3.8

Hi Folks,

I've got a simple question I need help with from you Coupe 3.8 owners around the world. I've bought a 3.8 Coupe in Philippines and there is no sound or heat insulation under the hood. I'm under the impression that there should be some kind of fiber matting as it looks like there are holes in the hood cross members for the grommets that should hold the matting in place. Can any other owners confirm or deny the presence of some black sound/heat insulation?

I had a 3.8 Track and it does not have any sound or heat insulation in the hood. I was told this is because people who buy this kind of car love the sound of their engines. Actually the car is not too noisy.
