Hit pothole minor damage question

I hit a pothole driving home from work Friday night. Thankfully the front right tire is fine, but the plastic under lining around the wheel hub through the front bumper is damaged. Im setting up a service appointment, but does anyone have any idea of the cost of this piece?

I'm seeing about 100 bucks give or take:

Fender liner, Front Right - Price:$91.05

Give the tire a really good look over. I hit a pot hole a few months ago and while the tire didn't get gashed a very large bubble appeared in the sidewall a day later. I naturally replaced the tire.
