Hopefully going to sign a lease deal today (V8 Tech) Anyone done better than this?

This is the deal I have an "informal" agreement on... the dealer says they can only get this one through if I'm there threatening to leave. Has anyone done better than this on a V8 Tech 36 month 12k mile lease? I think a user either here or Edmunds TownHall got this, and I used it as a negotiating tool:

V8 Tech w/ trunk mat, iPod cable, Genesis rear badge, removal of “Genesis 4.6” badge, full window tint
Bank fees, registration + first month as a down payment = around $1100
Monthly = $578 including taxes
36 months, 12k miles

Did a little better and signed yesterday. $567.98 p/mo 12K miles and $1266 down. All taxes in and the dealer is paying all the MV fees ($400 in NJ) same w/window tinting and installation of the 3-emblems. Good luck w/your new car

That sounds about right.

The going rate for march was .00225 for Tiers 3 and 4, and .0009 for 1 and 2 (FICO 700+). Punching some numbers in at a below invoice price, stacking the rebate, the payment should be around 570ish-590ish, depending on what the tax is over there.

Did it yesterday ... I put $1800 down, and it is $576 month including taxes (7.75%, soon to be 8.75%)... including a full tint, rear wing badge, removal of "genesis 4.6", trunk mat, and iPod cable. I am happy with the deal. It's a white/cashmere... looks real sharp with the tint and badging.

Which begs the question, is my interest rate locked for the lease term since I signed the lease before 4/1 when the increase went up, or will my payment go up with the tax rate? Hmm....
