As documented in my previous thread about my failed and unpredictable USB port, I was quoted $440 to replace the USB controller. I really don't want to pay for this as the car is in such good shape and has low miles but is out of the factory electronics warranty. I'd like to attempt to get Hyundai to pay for this because, I think, it may be a head unit issue. I really don't want to chase the problem writing endless checks. So how does one write to Hyundai corporate? Email? A snail mail letter?
