    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Hi chicks,

The lease is available for the Genesis Sedan models. For the 4.6 V8 version with Tech pkg which which is going for around $43,850, what are you paying for the lease??? Fill out the following please:

Lease Term:
Down Payment (if required by the dealer):
Monthly Lease Payment:
Year of the Vehicle:

DO NOT REPLY IF YOU ARE LEASING IN CANADA AND DO NOT POST CANADIAN DOLLARS AS IT'S COMPLETELY USELESS INFO TO ME. Only the people in United States of America who are LEASING are qualified. Oh and 3.8 V6 owners are disqualified as well... Thank you.

Well the current lease deal offered in my area is starting at $399 / mo for leasing (3 yr term) a brand new Genesis Sedan. I'm guessing it's based on a standard model without the packages which is $33,000??

So if I do the math:

33000/43800 = $399/$x
3300x = 174762
x = 529

That's $529 / mo.

Come on guys don't be shy to post how much you're paying monthly.. i need to collect info so I'll know what to expect.

:o

monthly payment varies by tax - but you can safely assume around 510ish a month pre-tax is a good deal.

Tax here is at 7%. Good deal... so that's about what I estimated. My calculation came out pretty close! What about down payment? is it required? Are you leasing one? Why aren't you saying it?

In January this year the best I could find in So. Calif (Orange county) was $3400 down $535 per month includes all taxes, delivery yadda, yadda, yadda for a 2010 4.6 Tech Pkg with every bell & whistle available.... even down to the trunk liner, iPod cable & wheel locks. It seemed no car company wanted to do leases at that time. When I went in to test a Buick Lacrosse, they all did an 'about face' when I mentioned lease! One young salesman did go with me on a test drive. Upon returning, it was like pulling teeth to get a lease quote from his boss. The answer I ended up with was "...Oh... about $5,000 down and $600 a month". When the Mercedes Lease was up (2007 E 550) they were saying similar outragious pricing.... well over $800 per month. I needed a $500 $550 per mo pmnt. I don't regret my choice! Definately more car for the $$$.

All,

Leased a 2010 Silver 4.6 with Tech Package including IPod Cable
$1800 total out of pocket
$492 a month tax included
15000K miles a year
36 month lease

This is my second Genesis so I used my $1500 lease loyalty reward. I really love the 8 cylinder and tech package. My previous Genesis was a 6 cylinder with Premium Plus.

down payments are required if you won't be approved by the financing company for the full amount, or if you like giving your money away that you would of paid monthly anyways

Here is the deal I got from my local Hyundai dealer..

2010 Genesis Sedan 4.6 w/ Tech pkg retail price = $43,800
Negotiated to $39,752.
$3000 Down payment
$518 / mo (tax included)
12k miles / yr, 36 month lease

The salesman says I can put down more or less or none.... and the monthly payment will change accordingly.

PRETTY NICE DEAL. Not bad at all.

But I didn't take the deal.
