  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I think I have read through the Owners Manual but have not found a way to change the brightness of the monitor showing temp, time etc.
During the day it is very difficult to see due to being so bright.
Is there a way to do so?
Thanks
Earl

Select Home - Settings - Display. All display adjustments are available there. PS: This applies to the Ultimate version - not sure about the others but they're probably similar. Good luck.

Being the '09-'14 forum, there isn't an "Ultimate".

Earl, what trim level do you have? In the Tech, the clock and temp are in two different areas.

Oops! Sorry.

If it is a non tech the only way to do it is to dim all display lights, the dial on the left of the steering wheel.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that it is the Base Trim.
I have fiddled with the wheel on the left of the steering wheel and it doesn't help in the day light bright sun.
Thanks to all who responded, I really appreciate it.
Earl
