How to get HD signal back?

I agree with what Mike said. You are receiving an HD Signal, it shows HD right on the radio. The fact that you are getting the -1, -2 signals means they are the digital signals that can share the frequencies. For example 95.5 KLOS transmits the regular rock on the 95.5-1 digital frequency, and their AM talk feed on 95.5-2. I will double check my loaner G90 later to see if it has it.

I went out and checked my loaner, most of the services have not been activated. I do not get the weather icon in the upper right corner of the home screen. The car does have working Sirius. I get the HD traffic in my area, I get gas prices, and I get doppler radar. Everything is working fine.

Ok , thanks for checking. I’m beginning to think there’s some software troubles here with the new car. I posted in another thread - re: map and dash info. My nav map doesn’t display traffic color indicators and my HUD doesn’t show speed limit sign or in the dash either.

I don’t believe that any of that data will show if there isn’t HD signal.
Again, you need to find a car similar to yours and see if it shows on that car. I still don’t believe it’s a hardware or software problem but until you test on another in the same location you cannot pinpoint the source of the problem.

Thanks. Guess I'll have to wait until I have to go to the dealer. The closest one is now over an hour or hour & half away since the local one was either yanked form the new buyer or he turned it down. It's strictly Hyundai now and they told me they no longer have ANY Genesis cars.

Before you spend the time driving, I suggest calling their service dept and asking if they have one with HD data working. If they don’t, it’s going to be pointless going there.
