  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hyundai Circle Pricing Question

The posting of Hyundai Circle codes is prohibited. Spreading this information on the internet can cause the program to either close down or be further scrutinized.

As far as the Circle Pricing and trade in. No you don't need to trade in a vehicle, just a copy of the registration in your name. Once you are a Circle member, you choose the car you want from the real-time inventory and it will generate a certificate with all the details you need. Print it out and take it to the dealer. It's pretty easy.

It's pretty easy as long as dealer agrees to take the certificate and sell you the car at this price. I understand that dealers are not obligated to take it if there are not many cars on the lot and there are buyers willing to pay more than Circle price. I don't think this program works the same way as, let's say, Costco where there is an agreement between Costco and dealer(s) and they have to sell it at Costco agreed price.
Just shop around. What's one dealer's loss might be another dealer's gain!

Good point, play as many dealers against each other as possible. Don't fall in love with any car dealer, you'll end up being used like a college co-ed.

If you qualify for Plan A:

Dealer Invoice adjusted by the following:
- Less 3% of (MSRP not including freight)
- Less Hyundai Circle Cash ($250)
- Less Current Consumer Rebate (if any, must meet qualifications) -I think that competitive $1500 rebate may also qualify here
+ Plus Freight (included in Plan Price you will be quoted)
+ Plus Advertising Fee (included in Plan Price you will be quoted)
= Total Price (plus Tax/Title/License).

I don't see any dealer fees listed, but I have not used the service. It would not surprise me if a dealer tried to add that on even if not part of the program.

Who qualifies for Hyundai Circle Plan A purchases?
Approved vendors who are currently doing business with HMA, HCA, and HMMA and have an affiliated company ID (CID) provided from Hyundai can participate. Friends and extended family of HMA, HCA, and HMMA employees can also participate in Hyundai Circle Plan A.

Note: If you go to www.hyundaithinktank.com and join, I think you can qualify for Plan A. I am not sure if memberships are still open, but try sending an email to moderator (email address listed on webpage).

I just got in today.. Its really cool to see what is allocated to these dealers. Good inside info.
