Interior lights won't turn on

Yesterday, some of the interior lights in my car stopped turning on. The lights that don't work are all controlled by the ceiling switches near the rear view mirror. All the other interior lights work as they supposed to. I've tried pushing all the buttons - room, map, etc. - and setting the dimmer to full. Does anyone have a suggestion???

Checked the fuses first and ruled that out. Eventually had the dealer track down the problem- basically a bad connector. Glad to have lights again!
