I recently bought a 2010 4.6 Genesis with touch screen nav.

I'm not able to pair my iphone 5 with this. iphone detects genesis and when I enter the password it says "unsuccessful make sure device is turned on and in range".

I tried pairing my iphone 4. Which took some trials but paired eventually.

Is Iphone compatible with 2010 touchscreen nav system?
 
I don't have the nav system in my 2010 but my iphone 5 pairs to the Bluetooth just fine.

few seconds once the pairing starts iphone says "unsuccessful please check if "Genesis" is in range and is turned on
