iPhone callers are all unknown

I bought the new 2011 Hyundai Genesis 4.6 in September of 2010. I noticed that when I got it all calls would come up "unknown" caller no matter what I would do. It also would only download 300 of my 800 contacts. I took it back to the dealer twice and they said that it was common and that a firmware fix was coming. That the fix would come automatically. It has been 3 months and still the problem persists. I am very unhappy and frustrated with this problem. Has anyone else had similar issues?
