  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is there an aftermarket Rear Diffuser available for our sedan?

I'm trying to get Track King Racing interested, he's in NC and does aluminum diffusers for the Coupe. This was my idea:

Was about to type where in NC but looks like that picture is across the street from the pit. Love that place.

Is it still installed? I'd like to see it in April...

Whats going on in April??

Tail of the Dragon. PM'd you about it a while ago...

Duh.. you did tell me about that. Guess I forgot about it since I'm not going to be able to make it this year.

MD. If you are close, check out the Dragon thread. Love to have more sedans...

LOL, yeah, i ca see that now since i am on a PC - i was looking on my phone last night. I can't imagine the cost to have someone fabricate that out of metal though. It'd be a pretty penny i would think.

I like the look, but i would want a bit more of it to flow better i think. Maybe an extension on the ends of the exhaust molding with a lower piece on the rear bumper to the fender well, essentially making it a full rear bumper lip.

What will it take to get him to make do you think?

He prefers to work in aluminum, and while I want a GT look, in aluminum it's too race car. Here is his rear aluminum diffuser for the Coupe:

He is not setup for doing CF and would need to learn and need a financial backer to get him setup. Flip side of that, Peter Gerardi Jr, a Coupe owner that works at Rossion Supercar, has already shown off some custom CF pieces for the Coupe and with enough interest and someone in the Riviera Beach, FL area to loan their Sedan for design/fitment, we could possibly have another choice on our hands.

How far is that from Orlando I wonder? I may have someone...

I'm in Raleigh but used to live in Huntersville and commuted to Lincolnton for work.

Interested in hearing more about possible CF work for the sedan. Somebody in Florida should be the guinea pig.

Nice, I am in Raleigh, I will have to keep an eye out for you sitting LOW! I am in Rolesville, and commute down 401/capital to 440 every morning...

Does CF mean Carbon Fiber here? If so, I would love a low profile front Carbon Fiber lip, and a minimal CF rear diffuser!

I am in Jacksonville florida, its a bit of a drive to west palm beach area but if you can set something up I can drive down for measurements and then make another trip for fitment if needed

Sick. Im in tampa. I may be down to be a guinea pig

Due to the lack of support in the aftermarket for these cars. I will be making my own parts. This is the first part I had to make for this car. This is as close to a "real diffuser" as I have found. This is not just a stick on piece. The plan is make a full CF one in the future. Potentially could make more with interest.
