  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Issues/problems with the G70

Yeah...we need to somehow. Reason I was so ticked off is...by the time I figured out how to get out of where I was deeply lodged into...and got to my doctor's office...I was 10 min late. I do not like being late.

Since I know its an issue, I make a habit of double checking the route via google maps on my phone. I'll even go as far as shutting the car gps off and using Google for the last couple miles when I think it's going to lead me astray. Fortunately LA/OC are well mapped and often you probably need to take a back road to find parking anyways

^ I actually did check on my phone...Google Maps. Problem is...on my phone the Genesis app actually shows the correct location. After you send the address to the car is when the Nav takes over and screws it up :(

I did not double check by zooming in once I got in the car...no time. I learned my lesson though. Four times a bitch.

A few times I've been in situations where it took you to a place you could see the destination and wave but can't drive there. Not just with Mapnsoft, I've had it with Garmin a few times too. Google maps does not know where I live either. They all suck at times. I also prefer to leave a highway at the exit and not across a field navigation would like me to.

That said, it is not an excuse we should report problems so they can hopefully be fixed. Complaints can help
