  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just bought a 2013 R Spec!

Black is the shadow, forever following QuickSilver!

Welcome DJR17!! Welcome to the Black on Black R-Spec owners. I work at Fort Hood in Texas, while going through the gate this morning, I was told it was unanimous that I had the best looking Hyundai to come through that gate!! I have to agree. Like you, I love this car, best car I have owned.

NO, it isn't. :D

As much as I hate that color of yours.:D
But a man has to admit Dareck has the fastest ride in this forum yet because he could prove it.
Everyone else is just blowing hot air.

Amen brother! :D

LMAO.
By hate I mean jealous. :)
I have yet to see that Titanium Gray in person.
So that color of yours must be pretty rare.
Black may be the most popular color in this car.
I saw the other day the 2015 inventory numbers in N America where Black has the highest numbers in stock by almost a 2:1 ratio in any other colors.

I'd say Titanium/silver/silver-ish is more common than black.

I don't know if have you noticed, but more of these have been used by dealers as a demo rides. Coincidence? ....or they just like that color better because is nicer? ;)

Black looks good but I live in a very hot state and I'm not making the mistake of driving a black car again. White is the best for heat/light reflection but it's really bad in terms of keeping it looking clean. Hence why I bought the platinum silver (there wasn't a single titanium model around me) - a compromise and still looks great.

Anybody who has had any experience in custom cars and hot rods knows, if you want to emphasize the lines of a car, do it in SILVER.

Hi ho silver, away! Yea, I went there.

+1
Also nothing looks worse than a black car after driving thru a rain storm.
