Terrific and well thought out review (although I'm still looking for the button to turn on the automatic parking function). I thought the reader comments were nearly as impressive as the review itself. My favorite:

The 5.0L Genesis V8 is a beast no doubt.

It really is a LS fighter. Probably better than the GS, which sadly doesn't even come with a V8 anymore!

As for headliner, when I checked out the Genesis here in Oz it had the soft alcantara headliner material

Finally a car that ain't about (pseudo) SPORTS this & SPORTS THAT

Perhaps it will deliver a wake up call for Lexus​

I think we chose well fellow Genesis owners!

My other car is 14 GS AWD with pretty much all options and I choose to drive Genesis on regular basis.

We have great cars. Time shows evolution.
Definitely Lexus started earlier.
But 2015s show that the gap is narrowing.
