Live Traffic while using nav

I noticed a couple of times that there was live traffic reports indicating traffic jams or slowdowns but after a day it was gone. Is there a paid service that's available now?

Live traffic data is a subscription from Sirius XM.
They sometimes do free trials.

SiriusXM gave me Traffic "free" if I signed and paid up-front for 12 months. It isn't great service as updates only show every 15 minutes or so. I prefer using Waze
