That is Version 9 - the internal numbering is different, see bottom of page:

I complained to my dealer and Hyundai that my new car came will maps a year old so they gave me a free update. The dealer suggested I save it until the next revision comes out if the maps I have now seem ok. I haven't heard anything that great or drastically different about the v9 so I'm just going to wait for v9.5....

I got the same. My map version (currently installed) is 08.41.52.591.001
I can't find the date it was issued or the version number ( 8 8.5 or 9)

The car was manufactured in April 2015. (driver's door info)

Any help is very welcome.

In one place they say 592 after update. Then go on showing how to do it and show 591. (seems like the "how to" was not updated)

If it is 592 even so I'd like to know what is the date of the 591 update.

Do I need a blue link subscription to activate Google search using the mirror button. I have the tech package. Also, which button is the mirror button , I assume you are referring to the rear view mirror.

Yes. It is activated by pushing the middle button on the left side of the mirror.

If it is a Signature, then it will most likely be 591. I just updated mine two weeks ago. I suspect 592 is for the Tech and Ultimate trims.

Just got a free update from dealer and it was 591

I am currently in 591 on an April 2015 mfg date. (no update performed)
So, it seems that waiting a little more may be the way.

The 591 update solved the issue with losing the preset Sirius/XM station when parking in a garage.

It's both.

Not likely, as these updates are for fee unless the dealer wants to subsidize it for you.

Well - it's either that or they get me a new radio and burn the manhours to put it in (which will be at a loss for them - Hyundai does not pay actual shop rates).

I just had my head unit replaced due to Sirius forgetting it's subscription every time I turned the car off - the map version is the same as before as I imagine they just reused the SD card from the old unit in the new one. The Software version is different though.

Cool. Did it fix the problem? That's what I have as an issue right now.
