  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a new MP3 player for audiobooks.

All I want to do is play the audiobooks downloaded to my Sandisk through my 2009 Genesis. Dealer only has an adaptor for an IPOD.

Is there any item - Hyundai or not- that I can use to have display of the MP3 player on my screen? V. frustrating for non- Apple people in this world.

It came with a USB cable right? Try plugging it into the USB port in the car. It may just recognize it as a hard drive.

Otherwise get a cable from Best Buy or Radio Shack to connect just the audio portion (3.5mm to 3.5mm male ends). You won't get the titles but you will hear it through the stereo.

I have a Sansa player and have used the usb cord that came with it, it works fine for me.
