  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

U can have ur thoughts and opinions, to each their own! Speed limit was 70 so yes I ran to 100! No matter what crowd u r u reck at 70 or 100 ur screwed! Anything else bud?

Well, you story doesn't add up... Which city in US has 70 mph speed limit in local roads and have stop signs every few miles so that you can race 5 or so times?

The essence of the story is that you are very proud that Genny could match very well with M3 and I am happy to hear that... But, driving at 100 on a street when there is a big *unknown* is a big NO-NO! Anyways, it's a good discussion on this topic and hopefully, the *racers* will see the danger in doing that - or, as someone pointed out earlier, unless you go through the pain, the impulse will never subside!

FWIW, some people look at others irresponsible behavior and better themselves and some just have to go thru' the pain to better themselves!

To the OP-----------thanks for an interesting post. While street racing can be dangerous and should be avoided, there are some posting on this thread that have their panties in a wad.
