  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My answer to best wax

Bringing this thread back from the dead.

I've been curious to try Zaino for some time now. My father has neen using it for a decade and it seemed like a pretty laborious process, so I've refrained. NuFinish was easier and worked. I saw Zaino mentioned by a few, the Z-AIO (all in one) in particular. I didn't see any follow up review of it though. I recently purchased the Zaino triplets package (Z-AIO, Z-CS, and Z8 finishing spray) along with the Z7 car wash and some of their Blonde Border-less towels. I will be applying it soon. I've always been a 2 bucket w/grit guard guy. I also puchased an MTM foam cannon and will be trying it out as well. I plan to wash/foam with Dawn to strip the wax, clay the car, then foam with the Z7 and instead of the 2 bucket method I have 5 MF mits (a fresh mit will always touch the car), then Z-AIO, Z-CS and finish with Z8.

I'll try to post some pics and feedback. If anyone has been using this Zaino triplet combo please let me know what you think.

I'm now a Zaino believer! I washed the car, clayed it, washed again, applied the Z-AIO, then z8, then Z-cs. The car looked pretty good. The following weekend I used 2 coats of z5, followed by 1 coat of Z2, then finished with Z8 (used a coat of Z6 between each layer) and WOW. I'm pretty amazed by the results. It's been a month and my white car looks pretty phenomenal. I'll post pics when I have time.
