My car pics up finally and intake

So all as you know i finally got my genny, i took a couple pics. I was bored today and decided to make an intake so the hunt began for parts, its not 100% complete I'm needing a couple more mandrel bends but then taking it to get welded and will be a full intake right off the turbo

Anyone maybe interested when i finish getting it all welded I might be able to get a a bit of deal if i get a couple of them made

Thanks, hoping to get all my piping in so i can starting cut and rigging up and welding a full 304 stainless, not sure if I'm going to flange the metal down to the turbo size or just use a rubber adapter.

Lol i had stage 2 and some toys before i even bought my cobalt when i bought it

wow the BPV is pretty loud with no silencer. I heard another coupe with that sound and thought it was an aftermarket BOV

No playing with boost till new injectors and turbo, unless someone comes out with an undetectable re flash similar to what Revo and arp does for there mkv

I had a WRX and removing the "silencer" made it audible but it wasn't loud as if having an actual vta BoV.

thats cause of the positioning of the bov

That is true. The WRX has it's BPV right on the intercooler, on the return side I believe. Not super close to a "exit" for the sound.
